With Precision Cutting Service, The Only Limit Is Your Imagination

custom gaskets | custom water jet

One of the biggest reasons that we—and our clients-—love our water jet cutting systems is that they can cut virtually anything that’s within 12’ in length, 6’ in width, and 8″ in thickness. Likewise, we can work with almost any material on Earth, including metal, glass, ceramics, plastics, vinyl, or even foam.

What this means is that even though custom gaskets and custom signs tend to be our bread and butter, the sky is truly the limit. If you can dream it, we can probably cut it. That is why we have customers across the United States.

Plus, being able to come up with cool new designs and make them a reality is one of the most rewarding aspects of our job.

Precision Cutting Service Turns Your Design Dreams into Reality

Take a moment to browse our website. You’ll notice that our banner photos illustrate our capabilities. For example, see the butterfly chair on the custom water jet page? We produced that. It had to be made in a couple different pieces, cutting the seat and the back separately, but once it was fit together it looked like an amazing piece of metal shop work… except it cost far less to produce and in far less time.

Need custom parts for your facilities or prototype physical components for products being designed? We can work with you to test different materials to find the perfect fit for your needs.

We can work with multiple materials at once, too, such as when we redesigned the reactor curbing for a local mica plant to make a solution that’s lighter and cheaper than their previous concrete curbs. Sometimes, we can even go beyond the usual constraints of our machines, such as when a bridge-building contractor needed vibration-reducing cable isolators

We love a challenge.

Need A Drawing or Rendering? Not A Problem

Our computer-controlled system runs off standard .dxf or .dwg CAD files, but that doesn’t mean you must supply them yourself. If you simply come to us with a schematic, even an idea sketched on a napkin, or the part itself, we can work with you to model it and then produce it.

Whatever you have in mind for your next project, contact Precision Cutting Service and we’ll make it a reality.
